Along the way, I came to understand something that transformed my perspective: it is not only children who need to develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills. Adults continue growing as well. Parents, teachers, and everyone who accompanies a child also need to know themselves better, learn new tools, and strengthen their own human skills.

Human Skills is a place where you can find knowledge, inspiration, and support. Here, you will discover how your child’s brain learns and develops. You will also find ideas, strategies, and reflections to help you grow alongside them.

Every new idea is a seed. Some sprout immediately; others need time. I invite you to read, listen, ask questions, and stay curious, because curiosity is a doorway to learning, self-discovery, and transformation.

It is my hope that Human Skills will help you better understand the children in your care while also helping you discover yourself. My wish is that together we can cultivate the skills that allow every child to grow with confidence, curiosity, empathy, and a strong sense of self, building a life that reflects their fullest potential.

Thank you for being here.

Welcome to Human Skills. I hope this will be a place you will always want to return to—a place where you can find inspiration, knowledge, and the reassurance that, by better understanding what it means to be human, we also learn to educate, guide, and live with greater awareness.
